# Return and Refund Policy

At Zansail, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If an item from your order doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we are here to assist you with a simple and straightforward return process.

## 30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of order delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

*   Unworn, unwashed, and unused
*   In original condition
*   With original tags and packaging intact (if applicable)
*   Free from stains, perfume scents, pet hair, makeup traces, damage, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

## How to Request a Return

Please include the following information in your email:

*   Order number
*   Email address used to place the order
*   Name of the item(s) you wish to return
*   Reason for the return
*   Photos of the item(s) if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect

Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

## Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to size, fit, color preference, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For items that are damaged upon arrival, defective, or incorrect, Zansail will cover the return shipping costs or provide another suitable solution after verifying the issue.

We do not charge restocking fees.

## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at **[help@xmsy-aftersales.info](mailto:help@xmsy-aftersales.info)** within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging. Once verified, we will arrange for an exchange, a refund, or another suitable solution. ## Exchanges

We currently recommend placing a new order for the item, color, or size you want and returning the original item for a refund.

If you need assistance with sizing, please contact us before placing your order.

## Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your return request.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return being processed.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

## Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled or modified prior to processing or shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, though you may request a return after receiving the item.

## Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

*   Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged by the customer
*   Items missing original tags or packaging (where applicable)
*   Gift cards
*   Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page prior to purchase

Discounted or promotional items are eligible for return unless explicitly marked as "Final Sale."

## Return Address

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address via email.

Please do not return items to the address listed on the original shipping label unless we have explicitly instructed you to do so.
